Where can I buy Furmocare products?
Our products are available at all pet shops, throughout Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak). Please contact us to find out your nearest pet shop.
Do you test your products on animals?
We do not conduct clinical testing on animals.
Do I need a prescription to use Furmocare products?
In most cases, a prescription isn’t necessary as long as it is used for the right reason. However, when in doubt, please consult with your veterinarian.
Can I use Furmocare on both cats and dogs?
Yes, our products are both cats and dogs friendly.
Can I use Furmocare products if my pet is on medication?
Depending on the type of conditions, we recommend that you check with your veterinarian if the products are suitable for use during medication period.
Can your products be used on pregnant and breastfeeding pets?
Apart from Calming Drops, most of our products are fairly safe to be used in pregnant and breastfeeding pets.
Does your product contain flavouring?
Some of our supplements contain plant-based flavouring to enhance palatability and consumption.
Do I need to refrigerate the product?
No, you don’t. Just remember to keep it in a clean environment, at room temperature.
How do I choose the right Furmocare products for my pet?

How should I introduce Furmocare to my pets?
- Please read the dosing guides and instructions carefully.
- Start slowly and gently for a few days and observe their reactions.
- If the product is well tolerated, you may continue to use it as maintenance.
Will there be any side-effects from using Furmocare products?
Our products are made from genuine ingredients with no known side effects when used accordingly. Should there be any undesirable reactions, please consult your veterinarian immediately.
How to ensure that I’m buying genuine Furmocare products?
- We only sell to pet shops that are supplied by Profession Vet Enterprise Sdn Bhd, our sole local distributor.
- Each box has a quality seal to prevent tempering.
- Each product contains a verified Lot Number, Manufacturing and Expiry Dates that come from our certified facility (Range Pharma).
